I have had requests to run online zoom classes if the weather prevents us from meeting in person so I will be offering that! Pricing is the same for online or in person. You will also receive the recordings of the classes!

9:30am: Yoga for Strength: November 5, 12, 19 & 26
If certain movements feel harder than they used to...
Or the knees and hips protest when getting up…
Perhaps balance feels a little off or is there worrying around falling.
Maybe the hips and lower back stay stiff after sitting too long.
This class can help! Based on current movement science, it uses functional movement to support your joints, reawaken your fascia, and improve real-world strength and stability- the kind that helps you walk, bend, lift and move with ease. It also helps to build strength and range of control, improve balance and coordination and reduce background aches that can sometimes make daily life feel heavy. This practice also naturally boosts your energy, metabolism, and mood- the perfect antidote to cooler, darker days.
Please bring a mat, water, 2 blocks, strap, ball & face cloth (extras available).

11am: Healthy Joints: Movement for Long-Term Joint Health: November 5, 12, 19 & 26
Your joints were designed to move but when movement becomes painful, your body starts to adapt in ways that can make it harder on your joints.
In Healthy Joints, you’ll learn how to restore balance, improve mobility, and build real stability from the ground up. Each week, we will explore how your hips, knees, ankles all work together along with addressing shoulder, elbow and wrist health.
You’ll practice specific exercises to strengthen and mobilize your joints, rebalance common movement patterns that may be causing aggravation, and retrain your body to move with less pain. Along the way, you will learn to recognize whether your discomfort comes from overuse, underuse, or perhaps misalignment, and what you can do about it!
This is not a quick fix or a “stretch it out” class. It’s a methodical, whole-body approach to joint health that helps you move with ease now and stay strong, supple, and pain-free for years to come.
Please bring a mat, water, 2 blocks, strap, ball & face cloth. There are extras props available if needed. I will also have resistance bands available to use & purchase if you would like one of your own to use at home.

Healthy Joints Class for Joint Pain with Saje Natural Wellness
Sunday November 15 @ 10am
Experience a 90min movement class to restore balance, ease joint pain, improve stability and mobility and build strength to support the long term health of your joints.
Support your body from the ground up! In this 90min class, we will explore the hips, knees and ankles and how they are all connected, what can cause joint issues and tools to take home to support the health of them long term.
We will also be working with the shoulders and wrists and using specific exercises to improve strength and mobility.
We will look at how daily activities can cause overuse injuries (caused by repetitive stress without enough recovery) or underuse injuries (from too little movement or weakness) and how these and other movement patterns may be contributing to joint pain and dysfunction. By understanding these patterns, you will learn practical ways to restore balance, improve mobility, build stability, and keep your joints strong, supple, and pain-free.

Special Event in December
Yoga & Cacao with Carmon & Janelle
Wednesday, December 3
9:30am–12pm
Join us for a heart-opening morning guided by the grounding energy of the full moon. We will begin with a yoga practice to awaken strength and presence, then settle into a cacao ceremony to restore balance and deepen connection.
Cacao, often called the “heart-opener”, is a sacred plant medicine known to gently increase circulation, uplift mood, and invite emotional clarity and calm. Together, we will awaken then slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly nourishes us as the season shifts.
Full Experience: $69 (includes GST)
Yoga only: $25 + GST
Cacao Ceremony only: $55 + GST
For cacao please bring a journal, a small mug, blanket and bolster (optional).

Starting in November, I’ll be offering workshops, and private sessions in the city as well at the lake! I’ll also continue hosting a monthly event at Rig Hand Distillery and am thrilled to be developing new workshops and classes in collaboration with Prana Yoga Studio and some other locations are in the works as well!
