Tuesdays July 28 @9am: Strength & Restore
This class can improve joint health, balance, core strength, coordination and functional flexibility. It is also designed to reset and restore the nervous system as it finishes with stretching, relaxation and optional ball therapy to improve mobility and decrease stiffness and soreness. There will also be optional refreshing chilled lemongrass towels available for your savasana!
This class is beginner friendly and offers variations throughout class.
Please bring water, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a block, strap, eye cover and yoga mat. There are extra props available if needed.
Refreshments included after class.

Experience a deeply relaxing class surrounded by the replenishing energy of nature to reset and unwind the nervous system. Suzy will be offering additional support with massage while you are in your poses. After class, enjoy refreshments, time to visit and shopping with special discounts for our group!

Start your Sunday with some rejuvenating and relaxing yoga on a shaded patio with a peaceful lake view.  Class finishes with sound healing during savasana and refreshing chilled lemongrass towels. After class, join us for brunch inside or outside! (please note that brunch is a separate cost)
