June Greenhouse Classes & Sunday Workshops
Apologies! I accidentally put Tuesday June 2 below as our start date but Tasha needs the week to clear out more inventory to make room for us! So we are starting Greenhouse Yoga on Sunday June 7 with the option of adding a workshop that day too! And we are already half full for class and the workshop so please register early to reserve your spots!
Tuesdays June 9,16, 23 & 30
Yoga & Fit Fusion @ 9am
Start your day off with a rejuvenating class that can improve your strength, energy, balance and flexibility. This class includes yoga along with a few optional weight training exercises to support bone density and lean body mass. You can choose to use weights or stay with your own body weight for resistance. Class will finish with stretching, relaxation and chilled lemongrass towels.
If you have not been to a yoga or fitness class in a while or are a beginner, this class offers variations throughout class.
Please bring water, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a block, strap, eye cover, yoga mat and a light set of weights. There are extra props available if needed.

On Sundays you have an option to take class and stay for a workshop or join us for just the class or just the workshop!
June 7: Edible Flower & Herb Planter Workshop
Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session followed by an edible flower & herb garden planter workshop with Tasha!
June 21: Gift Planter Workshop for Dad
Create a planter for Dad with his favourite plants or flowers!
June 28: Fairy Garden Workshop
Create a magical fairy garden for your deck or patio!

Start your Sunday with some rejuvenating and relaxing yoga on a shaded patio with a peaceful lake view. Class finishes with sound healing during savasana and refreshing chilled lemongrass towels. After class, join us for brunch inside or outside! (please note that brunch is a separate cost)
