Each class begins with guided joy journalling to clear mental clutter, reconnect to intention, and anchor into what truly supports you. From there, we move with purpose, layering breath and intentional movement to support the nervous system, emotional balance, and to strengthen, nourish and heal the body.

This challenge is about:

  • Choosing joy on purpose

  • Moving in ways that heal and strengthen

  • Keeping life simple and light

  • Supporting mood, energy, and resilience

When we simplify, the body softens and feels lighter.
When we feel lighter, joy shows up more consistently each and every day.

This is a grounded, joy-filled renewal for spring!

Class Schedule (Live on Zoom)

Mondays 9:30am: Manifestation & Movement
Joy journalling, nourishing movement, joint-friendly strength and balance work, and nervous system support.

Wednesdays 9:30am: Yoga for Strength, Balance & Mobility
Functional, science-based movement to build real-life strength, stability, and ease.

Fridays 9:30am: Refresh Friday Series
A different class each week:

  • Mar 6- Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

  • Mar 13- Restorative Yoga

  • Mar 20- Massage Ball Therapy

  • Mar 27- Healthy Hips
