Mobile Yoga Sessions: Group & Individual

I will come to your location and theme a class to what you or your group may be needing! Yin yoga, strength, flow, soundbowls, aroma yoga with essential oils, restorative yoga, trauma sensitive yoga or a yoga nidra guided meditation.

Yoga, Massage & Spa Facial Sessions

These sessions include a yoga class of your choice along with massage throughout the class. It finishes with a spa facial as you experience all of the steps including cleansing, exfoliating, mask, eye cream, serum and moisturizer. Hot towels, mirrors and all supplies included so this can be done seated to support more relaxation.

Aroma Yoga™ & Blending Bar

This is another mobile offering and can be themed to anything you may be needing. Forgiveness, joy, restorative, rejuvenation!
This is a powerful class as it combines the living energy of essential oils with yoga poses and energy exercises which support both the physical and emotional body. After class we will make our own sugar scrub, bath salts or roller with the oil that really resonated with you in class.

Collagen Spa Facial Party

Nourish and hydrate your skin from the inside out and outside in! This party includes a spa facial using collagen skin care. Cheryl Semeniuk, owner of Essentials Spa, and I will be guiding you step by step through a facial that will leave you feeling illuminated and rejuvenated. We will also have complimentary sampling of all kinds of the liquid collagen including Life, Pure, Skin, Immune & Sport.
