About Janelle...
My love of practicing yoga started back in 2001. I practiced for a long time before a major life event pushed me to dive deeper and I thought a teacher training would be perfect for the personal growth I was craving. It was definitely challenging for me and it changed my life.
I started teaching in 2009 and throughout the years I have seen that yoga has a way of elevating emotional well-being while also building overall strength, stability & mobility. And most importantly, it connects us to our breath, our constant support, and to live through the eyes of our soul and with an open heart.
I have experienced burn out and yoga has been my saving grace in giving me tools to calm my nervous system down and bring my body back from chronic fatigue.
I teach in the hopes that I can help others experience the many health benefits that come from intentional movement. And that they feel lifted, loved, supported and cared for each time they step on to their mat. xo
