Rhythms of Expression - Drum Circle with Heather Lapp
/This class will begin with a brief review of the drums available for your use, followed by some instruction on how to use your hands to create different tones and nuances. I will also provide some shakers and other percussion instruments for those who like to change things up or try something new. Once you are comfortable with your drum, we will learn some basic rhythms, AND play a few rhythmic games! After having far too much fun, we will "Free Drum" for a time. This simply means that as a circle, we will create, express, and share an authentic rhythm made in the moment!
