Sip of Art

Bring a couple of friends to join in an evening of painting for fun! We will have a liquor licence so you may bring your own choice of beverage (please consider a designated driver). No need to have any artistic background. Margot will guide you through, step by step, how to use the art materials, and to successfully paint your own painting!  Choose one or all! Weight Training Sessions

The Monday night class will continue and we are also adding more for your cross-training needs! Adding weight training to your exercise regime can help to build strength, build bone density & protect you from injury.

Create a strong foundation of proper alignment & build strength in your major muscle groups as you progress toward more multi-movement exercises. 

  • Mondays: 8 weeks-Nov 2-Dec 21 @ 7pm. 60min. Cost: $110
  • Wednesdays: 8 weeks- Nov 4- Dec 23 @ 7pm. 60min. Cost: $110
  • Discounted price if signing up for both Monday & Wednesday: $212

If you wish to add weight training to your yoga package/pass here are the discounted prices for yogis & yoginis!

  • $108 for 1/week
  • $208 for 2/week 

Weight Training for 50+

 Fridays: 4 classes-Nov 6, 20, Dec 4 & 18 @ 11:15am 30min
Cost: $40

If you know you will be missing classes, we can pro rate your pass for you but please let us know BEFORE classes start which classes you will be missing.


Acro Yoga

Acro Yoga is such a great way to practice trust, stilling the mind and connection to breath. And to come back to child-like play & fun! 

We are planning a workshop style class so please let us know if you would be interested in this class!

Unlimited Yoga Passes 

The unlimited passes cover you for the regular schedule & the holiday season schedule! They cover just under 3 months of yoga and are best for those who practice 3 times/week or more. Pricing has been adjusted accordingly because of the holiday season as we have only 2 classes running/week during the last 2 weeks of December.

Please note that pricing has gone up only because the session is longer. The session passes cover you for 11 weeks not the regular 8 weeks. However, if covering a longer time frame is not accessible for you or you are away for the holidays, please let me know as we can customize your pass to suit your needs :)
