This 5-module training takes place over 4 days and includes many opportunities to explore a variety of meditation techniques. As well, the final module, "The Business of Doing Good" is hosted by a well-rounded business expert who has built a multi-million dollar business while applying mindfulness-based thoughts and techniques for himself and his business.

Mandy Trapp is an overnight success 15 years in the making. Her professional journey began with a passion for sport and wellness as she became a well recognized personal trainer, in demand by professional athletes and executives alike. Mandy's own development expanded rapidly as she desired to help her clients experience a more holistic approach to wellness. This led to her 10 year education process through the Chopra Centre University, culminating with their top certification of Vedic Master.

Mandy continued to integrate her new skills, teaching yoga and meditation to her existing clients and expanding her community. To service her rapidly expanding client base, in 2007 Mandy opened her first studio, leading to the formation of Samadhi Meditation in 2013. "The demand from the community for accessible meditation tools and training was so overwhelmingly huge, that I had no choice but to focus all of my attention on the integration of meditation into the mainstream." The Samadhi teacher training allows an accessible model for others to find the instructor inside and bring the gift of meditation to their circle of influence.

Currently her projects include; programming for the Stollery Children's Hospital and Integrative Health Institute within the University of Alberta, active involvement in both the local public and catholic school systems, entrepreneur and professional organizations such as EO and YPO, and several corporate and private coaching clients. As well, Mandy has been a keynote speaker at the Bloom 2.0 conference and many other events, bringing her message and gift of meditation into the mainstream.

In the spring of 2012, Mandy founded the "India/Nepal Yoga Project" which is a grassroots organization dedicated to the health and empowerment of victims of human trafficking in India, Nepal and around the world. This organization provides training and education in yoga and meditation as a means to heal at the deepest level. As well as physical, mental and emotional healing, the project has become a catalyst for the creation of  small, sustainable businesses which in turn supplies these individuals with long-lasting income and strategies for self-sufficiency. And the future looks just as busy and inspiring as the last 15 years! In August of 2015, Mandy will move with her husband and three children to spend the year in Bali, Indonesia. As the children attend "Greenschool", she and her husband will continue to spread Samadhi Meditation to that area of the world and begin work on the Bali Yoga Project, collaborating with local organizations activated in the change for sex trafficking and sex tourism in their areas.
