Thursday @ 6:15pm class is cancelled for the month of August. 

Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors: is there interest in this class starting in SEPTEMBER on a Thursday @ 11am?

Yin Yoga will be running on Sunday August 2, 9, 23 & 30 @ 12pm. 
There will be no class August 16.

Tuesday 6:15pm yoga has been changed to a Renew & Restore Yoga class and Daria and I will be covering this class for the remainder of the summer session.

Live Blood Analysis Appointments will be available on Friday August 14 from 12-4:30. Please email me back to book your appointment.

Stand Up Paddleboarding will be happening again on Saturday August 8 at Twin Lakes! Please head to  www.lakelandlifestyle.ca to register!
