2 Month Pass Details:
- You have tons of freedom with these monthly passes. If you miss a practice, you can make it up within the session.
- We can pro rate the passes for you so if you only need one month or you start later in the session, we will adjust the price to suit your time frame.
- These passes offer a lot of flexibility so you can switch it up every week to try out different classes.

Bootcamp Basics
Wednesdays @ 6:30pm (60min)

6 Pass (can be used for either weight training or bootcamp classes): $84

Karma Group Meditation & Sunday Tea(please pre-register)
Sundays @ 1pm
Cost: By donation
This group will be a safe sanctuary to just come and visit and be supported by one another. There is strength in support & connection.
