Enjoy some yoga among the flowers and plants to revitalize your body and mind for the day and week ahead.
Then take some time to relax and visit afterwards with a cup of tea and browse all of the plants and flowers the greenhouse has to offer in a private setting. Tasha, the owner, has also offered a 10% off discount which can be used the day of classes for those who are attending!

Rise & Shine Yoga 9:15-10:15am
This class includes poses to help improve strength, balance and flexibility. Class finishes with core strengthening and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

Earth & Sky Aroma Yoga 10:30-11:30am
Being surrounded by nature’s beauty, in this class you will also experience using nature’s living energy with essential oils. Aroma Yoga includes yoga and energy exercises that are intentionally paired with essential oils to help support our physical and emotional body. Suitable for all levels.

Grief is a normal and natural reaction to loss of any kind. Grief creates conflicting feelings due to the end of a relationship or change in a familiar pattern of behavior. Covid is creating much grief for many people due to the loss of freedom, loss of connection to family and friends, increased stress and loss of employment.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is a guided meditation and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep.
